Ok...so I love egg salad, and on Masters Week, that's all I eat...well...along with Payday Candy Bars and Pink Lemonade. It's true...the egg salad sandwich in the concession stands at Augusta National are $1. Really. $1. I remember the first time I went there, I got 2 sandwiches, 2 Paydays and 2 Lemonades, gave the gal a fiver and she gave me change! Winner Winner Chicken Dinner!

To get as close to the real egg salad at Augusta, please follow this recipe (note: do not use anything but real mayo...Miracle Whip is from the devil :)

*6-Eggs-hard boiled, mash with potato masher
*Mix in just one tablespoon of real mayo
*Salt to taste
*Spread on really fresh white bread (if you can get Maier's Italian Style...wow.)
*Wrap in green wax paper...if you can find any.
*Serve with Pink Lemonade

(Makes 3-4 sammies)

That's it. Very simple. Very tasty. Very authentic.
